W. CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.-The Thirteenth International Symposium on Flammability and Sensitivity of Materials in Oxygen-Enriched Atmospheres will be held Sept. 19-21 at Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada. Sponsored by ASTM International Committee G04 on Compatibility and Sensitivity of Materials in Oxygen Enriched Atmospheres, the symposium will be held in conjunction with the September standards development meetings of the committees.

The purpose of this symposium is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on oxygen, oxygen-enriched environments and other oxidizer systems. These ideas involve improving safety for manufacturing, safe use and current research conducted related to oxygen, oxygen-enriched atmospheres and non-oxygen oxidizer systems.

All individuals involved with the design and operation of oxygen and oxidizer systems will benefit from attending the symposium. A technical program (presentation times, paper titles, and presenters' names) will be posted on the ASTM website by late July.

Online registration is now open and closes Sept. 12. The fee to attend the workshop for ASTM members, presenters and session chairs is $615 USD for online registration and $640 USD for onsite registration.
