Seco Tools announced today that Anders Eller will join the company as Senior Vice President Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions as well as member of the Group Executive Management. Anders currently holds the position as Investment Manager at Nordstjernan. He will join Seco Tools at 7 June.
Anders Eller will in his position maintain two key responsibilities.
Firstly, to drive and develop strategy across the group, furthermore to head acquisition projects ensuring proper integration in to Seco Tools.
"Anders has a proven track record in Business Development and a comprehensive experience in integrate acquisitions to take full advantage of the synergies. He will take a key roll to ensure that we meet our strategies," says Lars Bergström, President and CEO of Seco Tools.
Seco Tools aims to grow revenue at least 7 per cent annually over a business cycle. As a complement to this, the company continuously evaluate the possibilities to maximise growth in selected markets or product areas through partnerships or acquisitions.
Anders Eller, 36 years old, holds a Masters' of Science degree in Business from Gothenburg School of Economics. Anders today holds the position as Investment Manager at Nordstjernan. He previously held positions as CFO of KMT Group, Category Manager within procurement at Carlsberg Breweries and Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
