SPIROL Announces New Appointments
Board of Directors
Danielson, CT — The Board of Directors appointed Jessica van der Swaagh as Corporate Secretary for both the North America and Holding Boards, replacing Jack Ferdinandi who was acting as both CFO and Corporate Secretary for the past several years. Jack remains SPIROL's CFO. Jessica had been Assistant Corporate Secretary since November of 2010.
Andy Freeman, Managing Director – SPIROL Europe, was appointed as Vice President of SPIROL International Holding Corporation. Andy started with SPIROL in 1978 as a sales assistant. Since then, he has been appointed as a Director on the European Board, the North American Board, and he is a member of the SPIROL Executive Committee.
The Board of Directors appointed Dan Fitzsimmons, General Manager – SPIROL Asia, to the SPIROL Executive Committee for a term of four years. As a member of the SEC, Dan will represent not only SPIROL Asia, but work for the best interests of the entire corporation, and we look forward to his contributions.
Order Creation Council
Chris Jeznach, Product Sales Manager – Coiled Pins, was appointed to the Order Creation Council. Having spent several years with SPIROL as a Market Applications Engineer and Product Sales Engineer for Threaded Inserts and Coiled Pins, he will be a great contributor to the council.
