Press release date: March 16, 2010

World leader in rubber injection molding machinery unveils its new international portal

REP, the longtime world leader in injection presses for rubber and TPE molding, as well as partner to Tung Yu, the leading supplier of rubber machinery in Taiwan, announces the start-up of its redesigned and all-new website, www.repinjection.com. At the new site, under the company theme of "Injection In Motion," a full complement of injection presses, both standard and custom solutions, is detailed, along with information on various molding technologies pioneered by REP, a company history, links to the product range of Tung Yu presses, current news of note plus all the services offered by the company to assist rubber molders. Downloads of all literature and back issues of the company's magazine, REP News, are also available on the new website.

A highlight of the REP service package is the Process Development Department, where REP presses and dozens of test molds are available to customers and prospects alike, to sample new materials, conduct test runs on different molding strategies and perform time-motion studies for production planning.

Likewise, since approximately half of all the presses REP builds are custom-designed solutions for application-specific requirements, the advanced engineering group at REP can be a vital asset to a molder's competitive scenario.

REP, based in Lyon, France, has subsidiary companies in the USA, Germany, Italy, Brazil and China, as well as agents strategically located worldwide to serve its growing international base of customers and business partners. All location contacts are detailed at the site.

Established in 1970, REP Corporation is the subsidiary responsible for all engineering, sales and service in North America. Now in its 40th year of service to the rubber industry and the rapidly emerging TPE and derivative markets, REP Corporation continues under the leadership of only the third president in its history, Tim Graham, himself a 35-year veteran of the rubber industry. He comments on the new site, "It's easy to navigate and filled with useful information on the company and our equipment. I'd invite everyone to take a look."
