The Rexroth Air Service (AS) system satisfies industry demands for compressed air preparation. Along with the standard functions of filtering, regulating, and lubricating, this modular family of maintenance units also includes shut-off valves, 3/2 valves, soft start valves, and distribution/porting blocks all in compact dimensions.

These attractive units come in three sizes: Series AS2 (1/4" and 3/8" NPT or ISO-G), Series AS3 (3/8" or ½" NPT or ISO-G), and Series AS5 (3/4" and 1" NPT or ISO-G). The smooth exterior, lightweight, compact design and high flow capability make the AS family an easy choice.
The AS family is characterized by the ease of maintenance it provides. Large maintenance windows enable clear viewing of the filter condensate levels and lubricator fill levels. The pre-filter and coalescing filters can be optionally fitted with a contamination display (pressure drop indicator). Thanks to the easily accessible bayonet catch, the reservoirs can be quickly removed and refastened as necessary.
The lubricators are available with an optional low oil-level indication system including Rexroth's ST6 sensor for remote monitoring. The patented oil filling system permits simplified push-button filling of the lubricators while the units are in service. Custom assemblies can be configured online and delivered factory assembled and tested. A part number can be automatically assigned and 2D and 3D CAD drawings can be downloaded of the assembly.
