Custom fabricated from a wide range of materials, these tiny parts feature intricate shapes with precise details and hole spacing to ±0.003", smooth edges, and minimal tooling charges, claims the firm.
Measuring less than 1" sq. typical, Interstate Miniature Plastic Components include seals, shims, vents, and cushions made from FDA-approved silicones, engineered plastics, composites, microporous plastics, membranes, foams, and felt.
