Intelligent ejectors made by FIPA save energy and reduce operating costs
Compressed-air regulation independent of the compressed-air system / dirt-protected / quiet
Instead of 6 or 8 bar, only 4 bar: The intelligent ejectors made by FIPA Inc. (www.fipa.com) require much less compressed air for safely handling the work-piece - independent of the pressure in the compressed-air system. This means that the compact ejectors available in the three model series cut energy consumption by as much as 50 percent. What's more, this new product from FIPA is protected against dirt and is extremely quiet.
"The sophisticated compressed air regulation of our new ejectors not only saves as much as 50 percent energy, it also results in quiet operation. Because less compressed air means less noise," according to Mr Rainer Mehrer, CEO of FIPA.
In contrast to competitive products, the linear, dirt-protected construction requires no inner filter. This means that the intelligent ejectors are also very reliable in dusty environments.
Sophisticated solutions for maximum benefit
1. The compact ejectors EKPP are the standard version, but even their integrated compression regulation provides an optimum pressure of 4 bar - independent of the pressure in the compressed air system. 2. The compact ejectors EKP are also equipped with vacuum valves and blow-off function. They are primarily suitable for applications with high cycle times. As the already-mentioned EKPP, they work on 4 bar - independent of the pressure in the compressed air system. 3. The mini compact ejectors EMM provide all the functionalities of the EKP series in a small and highly compact design. This makes them the best choice for use in limited space. Their working pressure is a constant 3.5 bar. The vacuum level can be regulated and displayed using external signals and, in addition, LED buttons.
All three model series are available for a maximum vacuum level of 60 percent for porous and 90 percent for dense work-pieces. This guarantees a secure vacuum independent of the work-pieces being handled.
