Matson has over thirty years of experience in the industrial maintenance and construction industries, including service and repair, sales and application and installation of process and manufacturing systems and equipment. His previous sales experience includes heavy manufacturing such as power generation, chemical, paper, steel and food and beverage systems and equipment installation. Matson has also held qualifying agent status on industrial contractor licenses in Alabama, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Mississippi.
