Dan Hannigan Joins Hirschmann Engineering as Regional Manager

Peter Knowles, President, HIRSCHMANN Engineering U.S.A., Inc., Buffalo Grove, Illinois, announces that Dan Hannigan has rejoined HIRSCHMANN Engineering as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for selling and servicing the entire HIRSCHMANN product line in Ohio, Indiana and Canada. Hannigan was with HIRSCHMANN from 1999 to 2002. He is using his knowledge of the marketplace he knows well as he continues his career with HIRSCHMANN.
Mr. Hannigan resides in Windsor, Ontario where he was most recently employed as a sales representative in the machine tool industry. Previous employment includes sales and hands-on experience working as a toolmaker in the Windsor, Ontario area.
In his position, Hannigan is responsible for selling the complete HIRSCHMANN product line that includes their own integrated robotic EROBOT Series and a complete line of high precision tooling to support EDM and CNC machining, as well as integrated rotary tables for Wire and RAM EDMs. HIRSCHMANN is a licensed integrator of FANUC Robotics and offers Cell Control software for automation, which Hannigan will also sell and service. In addition Hannigan will sell Oel-Held fluids that are exclusively imported by HIRSCHMANN and include Ionoplus® synthetic dielectric fluid and SintoGrind® high-speed synthetic grinding fluid.
