ASTM International announces the publication of Manual 43, Technical Aspects of Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments: 2nd Edition. Updated to address the recent changes to EPA All Appropriate Inquiry Rules and the revised ASTM Phase I standard, it has also been expanded to include additional explanations, approaches, and figures. Manual demonstrates how to apply the ASTM Phase I/II ESA standards to typical everyday business decisions in the real estate transfer process.

ASTM International announces the publication of Manual 43, Technical Aspects of Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments: 2nd Edition. This new edition has been updated to address the recent changes to EPA All Appropriate Inquiry Rules and the newly revised ASTM Phase I standard. It has been expanded to include additional explanations, approaches and figures.
Manual 43 demonstrates how to apply the ASTM Phase I and Phase II ESA standards to typical everyday business decisions in the real estate transfer process.
