Offering 5 ESD diodes in 0402 (0.94 x 0.61 mm) flipchip package, SP1012 Series 5-channel, 6.5 pF, 15 kV bidirectional TVS array (SPA® Diodes) can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at max level specified in IEC61000-4-2 without performance degradation. Bidirectional configuration provides symmetrical, >±15 kV ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present.
