Bumble-Bee® is available as powder coated steel system with black fittings and yellow pipe as well as mill finished aluminum version. With no welding required, system installs in as little as 15 min. Standard kit configurations include straight stand-alone sections of 4, 6, and 8 ft; corner section; and extension kits of 4, 6, and 8 ft. Each kit comes with pipe cut to size, fittings, installation instructions, hex key, base flanges, and test results showing OSHA compliance.
Constructed using aluminum Interna-Rail handrail, 3/8 in. tempered glass or acrylic resin panels, panel clips, and bottom support channels, Interna-Rail® VUE™ modular, post-mounted, in-line pipe and fitting based handrail system does not require any mid-rails and can be designed to meet any building code. Fittings and pipe come standard with clear anodized finish on dark bronze aluminum. Optionally, system can be powder coated to AAMA 2604 specifications or Kynar® coated.
Designed for installation of solar racking systems, Speed-Rail® fittings include tee and elbow for use with 2 in. IPS pipe. Dual integrated internal/external reverse-knurl cup-point set screws securely attach fittings to pipe and provide resistance to loosening and pullout. Testing on 2 in. Part of Interna-Rail® and Speed-Rail® lines, Model 87-8 is designed to attach various sizes of handrail to 1½ in. IPS railing posts, while Model 88-8 uses same components with larger mounting plate to attach handrail to wall. Design ensures adequate pullout force and torque resistance via use of 22, 5/16 in. mounting holes that take ¼ in. TEK screws.
