Preparis has introduced Bi-directional desktop notifications to their emergency messaging platform for incident management that includes the option to send notifications to a user’s desktop. The new channel is in additional to existing notification methods including SMS text, voice, email, and push. The notifications include alerts, warnings and information displays with optional sounds.
