Zoran Powers New Humax Cable Set-Top Box Products for Japan

SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 20 / / -- Zoran Corporation (NASDAQ:ZRAN) announced that its Generation 9 Elite digital television processor powers the Humax JC-5000, a new digital cable set-top box for the ARIB-standard market in Japan.
The JC-5000 is a high performance, Japan Cable Labs (JCL) certified digital set-top box designed for deployment in the Japanese cable system.
