New Wrappers Cocoon Range Of Bulky, Flat, Loose Products For Secure transport
Ciratec's Dual-Roll Designs Speed Operation, Halve Film Reload Rate

Phillipsburg, NJ: Packaging machinery manufacturer Ciratec Corp., Phillipsburg, New Jersey, has unveiled a line of three automatic and semi-automatic orbital wrapping machines. Featuring dual-roll designs, the Ciratec machines simultaneously apply two rolls of film to double wrapping rates and cut the frequency of film reload in half vs. single roll designs while providing a counterbalance that secures the product during
wrapping and promotes smooth, quiet operation.

Ideal for securing and protecting doors, windows, moldings, tubs, shelves, furniture, wood panels, aluminum profiles, plastic sheet, steel, automotive accessories and other products requiring bundling, palletizing or unitizing for transport, the Ciratec machines accommodate bulky, flat, loose, light and heavy loads in unlimited lengths with packaging diameters up to 48.80 inches. To ensure products are fed smoothly and centered for wrapping, the Ciratec machines are equipped with both vertical and horizontal gravity rollers, which may be adjusted on the fly for easy product changeover.

The low-maintenance Ciratec machines are available in 20-, 36- and 50-inch inner diameters operating at rotation speeds ranging from 121 - 45 RPM. Auto-stop safety systems, energy-saving electrical controls and adjustable legs are standard while
hydraulic load centering, single film rolls and end of stock sensing are among the options. The new Ciratec machines may be custom configured to suit virtually any application.
