Expanded Line of Washguard® All-Stainless Steel IRONMAN(TM) by Ohio Gear Worm Reducers
LEESON has introduced two new sizes to the premium Washguard® All-Stainless Steel Worm Reducers - Sizes 818 and 821 (1.75" and 2.06" center distances). Able to withstand the most extreme environments, these new sizes will allow greater selection flexibility when converting new and existing equipment to washdown duty or stainless steel. LEESON now offers one of the broadest All-Stainless Worm Reducer lines in the market, with six sizes available to over 9 HP.
LEESON's Washguard® All-Stainless Steel Reducers have the following standard features:
o 300-Series die-cast stainless steel housing, input flange and output cover to withstand extreme environments.
o O-ring seal on face of input motor flange provides a positive seal against moisture intrusion in this critical area.
o Enviroseal eliminates the need for a vent, creating a "sealed for life" design.
o Food Grade synthetic lubricant, USDA Class H2.
o 300-Series stainless steel output shaft allows for long rust-free life.
o Viton double-lip shaft seals for superior resistance to chemicals common in washdown applications.
o O-ring seals on input and output covers eliminate gaskets, sealants and leaks.
o Stainless steel hardware, including square head pipe plugs to eliminate entrapment in plug locations.
o Stainless steel data plate riveted to housing and adhesive backed to eliminate particle entrapment.
o Optional electro polished and hand polished exterior finishes are available.
All-Stainless Steel Gear+Motor(TM) combinations are also available. These are available in three-phase ratings through 5HP.
