Orchard Park, N.Y. - IntelliSensing LLC has introduced its PressureSensorOne(TM) (PS1) wireless pressure sensor. Constructed out of 316L Stainless Steel, the PS1 is designed to deal with harsh conditions and is ideal for industrial use where precise pressure measurements are needed without running wires or cables. Measuring about 30 centimeters wide and 166 centimeters high, the PS1 is a completely self-contained wireless pressure sensor equipped with IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee radio modems operating at 2.4GHz. Highly accurate pressure measurements are transmitted wirelessly to a suitable base station and passed to a host system such as a PC or PLC. The internal battery powers the sensor for the entire calibration period of one year.Pressure ranges available are 100, 500, 1000, 1500,3000, 5000, 7500, & 10,000 PSI The customer has the choice of standard or extended range models.
