Schleuniger to Feature New CoaxStrip 5200, PullTester 325 and More
Schleuniger, Inc., a leading international manufacturer of high-precision wire processing machines, will demonstrate select equipment from its comprehensive line of wire processing products at IPC APEX EXPO 2014, the largest electronics assembly exhibition in North America. The conference and exhibition will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center on March 25 -27, 2014 and will include over 400 exhibitors showing advanced and emerging technologies in printed board design and manufacturing, printed electronics and electronics assembly, test and inspection. Schleuniger will be at booth #2045 providing hands-on demonstrations of innovative solutions for stripping, cutting and crimping of all types of wire and cable.
More than 10,000 companies worldwide rely on the efficiency of Schleuniger wire processing solutions and at IPC APEX EXPO 2014, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Schleuniger’s wire processing experts and get an up close look at some of the highest quality wire processing equipment on the market today.
As part of Schleuniger’s exhibition, the company will demonstrate the new CoaxStrip 5200, a semi-automatic, multi-step coaxial stripping machine for coaxial, multi-conductor cable and single conductor wire. Thanks to the universally designed blades, centralizers and clamping jaws, the machine can process a full range of cables without the need for mechanical adjustments, saving the user valuable time and increasing output when switching between applications.
Schleuniger will also showcase the new PullTester 325 pull force tester, which allows users to choose from three selectable force ranges. The triple-range capability gives the PullTester 325 incredible application flexibility to handle a wide variety of testing applications. Furthermore, this unique capability provides greater accuracy on a broader range of wires than single-range pull test devices.
Other popular machines that will be part of the exhibition include the UniStrip 2300 programmable wire stripping machine known for its unmatched stripping quality, the UniStrip 2550 stripping machine, uniquely designed to process an expanded range of applications and the StripCrimp 200, one of the most flexible stripper crimper machines on the market today. Equipment from Schleuniger’s line of cut and strip machines including the PowerStrip 9550 and EcoStrip 9320 will also be shown.
