Hellermanntyton Introduces E Series Horizontal Wire Managers
October 26, 2006- HellermannTyton has added E Series Horizontal Wire Managers to its line of network cabling solutions. Engineered to make installation and rework of cables faster and easier, injection-molded E Series Horizontal Wire Managers are an ideal solution for expediting installation and rework of cables on a standard 19" rack. Extra wide spacing between fingers and smooth edges allow for easy routing of cable bundles, and built-in bend radius control maintains a 1" minimum bend radius which increases transmission reliability. Multiple mounting slots on the sides of the wire managers permit easier alignment on the rack and faster installation. Increased depth on the rear wire managers provides more clearance between the rack and manager for large cable bundles, and the sloped design of the rear wire manager maintains room for cable bundles and ensures easier access to punch down patch panels during installation and rework. Wire retention tabs and built-in cable retainers between fingers keep cables inside the wire manager, and extra fingers on the sides provide strain relief for cable entry from vertical management. Snap-on injection molded covers hinge down to allow easy re-entry for moves, adds, and changes. The thick, ribbed covers are strong, sturdy, and textured to prevent fingerprints. The E Series horizontal management system has an aesthetic design, and its material is UL94V-0 rated for flammability. Available in 1U and 2U front and rear managers, HellermannTyton's line of E Series Horizontal Wire Managers provides flexibility for all applications.
