Pottorff Introduces ECV-645-MD Miame-Dade Certified, Wind-Driven Louver



Fort Worth, TX –Pottorff has announced the addition of the ECV-645-MD 6” deep, vertical blade louver to its Miami-Dade approved product line-up. The ECV-645-MD is AMCA rated for Air Performance and Wind-Driven Rain and is approved by the Florida Building Code. It has also been tested in accordance with AMCA 540 (impact resistance) and AMCA 550 (high velocity wind-driven rain). The ECV-645-MD is engineered and tested to withstand extreme loads, debris impact and cyclic fatigue associated with the severe weather effects of hurricanes and has a free area of 46%.  It offers a Best-In-Class optional anchorless installation utilizing specially-designed flanged clips and retaining angles.
