Wilton Re identified Tidal's solution as vital to the process of aligning IT with the business because it can automatically drive every step of each process from start to finish. The solution will provide a complete enterprise view of business process performance as well as automate the many IT processes necessary for the company to better leverage virtualization. Wilton Re was formed to fill a growing need in the life reinsurance market. With the continued consolidation that has taken place over the last few years, the life reinsurance landscape has changed significantly. Without Tidal's solution, processes did appear to be automated to end users because they were setup very neatly and executed smoothly. However, behind the scenes there was still a lot of scripting required and too much human involvement in the processing flow.
