Walther Trowal ZM 01-ECO Centrifugal Effluent Machine Processes Up To 80 Gallons Per Hour

Machine Produces Big Performance From a Small Footprint

Cincinnati, OH - (March 24, 2003) - The Walther Trowal® ZM 01-ECO Centrifugal Effluent Cleaning System cleanses wastewaters of abrasives, metal fines and oils after the finishing process and prior to draining or recycling. The machine's efficient direct drive motor generates 2150 g's of centrifugal force to quickly separate processed water from solid sludge. With low energy and maintenance requirements, the ZM 01-ECO produces big performance from a small footprint.

The ZM 01-ECO has a simple, robust aluminum drum construction with an electro-generatory brake for wear resistant and fast drum braking that produces an average stopping speed of 20 seconds. Clean water discharges directly to vibrators via clear water nozzles, while residual water is removed to the mud water tank via evacuation holes in the drum bottom. The ZM 01-ECO includes an electric stirrer with ON/OFF switch, and a stainless steel drum is optional.
