The VTone Sidebar satisfies a popular ConnectWise partner integration request - inbound call recognition with ConnectWise. VTone SideBar instantly searches a partner's company database, then retrieves and displays customer information in the ConnectWise Company Screen directly on the sales or technical agent's computer. VTone SideBar handles inbound and outbound calls without any special drivers, and it runs on Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems.
