Love Introduces New LVR10 Videographic Recorder


LOVE CONTROLS, a Division of Dwyer Instruments, Inc., Michigan City, Indiana introduces their NEW LVR10 Videographic Recorders, which offer a wide range of features in an easy to use package. A large 127mm (5 inch) diagonal monochrome display with touch screen technology allows the maximum of flexibility in reading your data. An optional 142mm (5.6 inch) diagonal color TFT display is also available. Programming is easy, as all prompts are friendly and easy to understand.

The display can display conventional line charts in either horizontal or vertical line formats, bar graph format, or as discrete digital indicators. There is also a screen for Alarms and Events.

The LVR-10 comes with 2 isolated universal inputs and can be expanded to up to six channels with optional expansion cards. Adjustable scan rates allow measurements to be taken every 125 mS to every 10 minutes. The universal inputs are programmable to accept nine different thermocouple types, six different RTD types, and a variety of process voltage and current inputs.

Data can be easily downloaded to the standard floppy drive, which can store up to 700,000 readings. The optional 100MB ZIP drive can store up to 50 million readings. Optional PCMCIA cards (up to 200 MB) can store up to 100 million readings. Other options include relay or solid state alarm outputs, remote inputs, RS-232 or RS-485 Serial Communications, 10 Base T Ethernet, and a parallel printer port. All options are available separately and can be added in the field at any time.
