Four Composite Video Channels
The Pure Digital Fiberlink® 7040 Series four channel video multiplexer employs all digital processing techniques to transmit four channels of composite video over one single mode or multimode fiber. Offering all the advantages of a digital system at traditional analog prices, the 7040 series features 7 MHz bandwidth and is compatible with NTSC, PAL or SECAM video standards. It operates over a wide temperature range using 9-24 volt AC or DC power.
Systems consist of two units (transmitter and receiver), each equipped with indicator LEDs to continuously indicate the presence of power and up to four video signals. The system is available in box or card version. The card module fills two slots in the model 6000A card cage.
