Sprint CNC Benchtop - Big Measurements in a Compact Space

(ROI®) announces the family of full-featured Sprint(TM) CNC benchtop video measurement systems with high accuracy and large travel in a compact space. Three models of Sprint CNC offer XYZ travel from 8" x 8" x 6" to 12" x 12" x 6" to accommodate a variety of parts, fit on a benchtop, and provide reliable automated measurement performance.
Sprint CNC systems are highly accurate, with features such as rock-solid metrology-grade granite bases and columns, precision motor-driven mechanical bearing stages, and 0.5 µm linear scales. Programmable motorized zoom optics, high resolution color cameras, and programmable surface and backlight illumination sources, including the optional LED VectorLight(TM) with bright white LEDs, ensure high image quality.
Basic-X(TM) metrology software with an intuitive point and click interface makes writing and using part measurement routines simple and straightforward. User-created part routines perform fully automatic, unattended measurements that are highly accurate and have excellent repeatability.
