VX650 High Productivity Vertical Machining Center
The VX650 comes with X, Y, and Z traverses of 1400, 660,and 635 mm (55, 26,and 25"). It is designed to provide high speed and high productivity with 10,000 RPM and X, Y, and Z rapid traverses of 1,575, 1,575 and 1181ipm. The VX650 provides high accuracy and a high speed spindle structure. The pre-tensioned bearing provides excellent rigidity and provides thermal stability, which extends the life of the bearing, and enables the production of parts at speeds of 10,000 rpm.
The Fanuc 0IMB controller is centralized and swiveled providing better ease of use. 4 slideway structures in the Y axis increase the machine's reliability, stability and accuracy, as well as its ability to perform heavy duty machining. Also, selection of Non Oil Supply Drive Device enables to achieve hassle free of lubrication oil and contribute to environmental familiarity. VX650 has BT or CAT 40 tool shank type. 20 ATC is standard and 24 ATC is available. A cam compound system is included to obtain a fast and accurate tool change. The VX650 has a large 63 X 25.6" table area and large load capacity of 1300kg (2866 lbs) on table for the different parts.
