Vero USA to Launch Visi Flow 17 at NPE 2009

WIXOM, MI: March 26, 2009 - Vero USA, a leading provider of CAD/CAM/CAE solutions for the tooling industry, will release Visi Flow 17 at the NPE 2009 (Chicago, IL - June 22-26, 2009 - booth W133047, W133048)

Vero is proud be first-to-market with a high-end injection molding simulation software which has been fully integrated with surface and solid modeling tools, comprehensive 2 to 5 axis machining strategies with high speed routines, 2- and 4-axis EDM, and mold design package. At NPE 2009, Vero will present the new Visi Flow 17.

Visi Flow 17 is an affordable injection molding simulation software that uses a patented hexahedral hybrid mesh technology, to provide accurate results at extremely fast speeds. Visi Flow now has a powerful CAD capability which makes evaluating design changes easier and faster. Visi Flow is also integrated with Visi Mold and Visi Machining which facilitates faster transfer to manufacturing.

What's new:

Integration
The integration process which started in Visi 16 has now been completed. Visi Flow analysis can be run inside the user friendly Visi interface in Visi Flow 17. Tool makers can seamlessly navigate through Visi Modeling, Visi Mold, Visi Flow, and Visi Machining to reach the market faster with better solutions. Visi Flow can be tailored to suit the requirements of individual customers.

Model preparation and analysis time reduced to minutes
Visi Flow mesh wizard, new thickness sphere algorithm, and feature recognition for runners and cooling channels. This fast model preparation coupled with Visi Flow's renowned high speed simulations now enable user to achieve solutions faster than before.

New capabilities
Along with gas-assist, sequential, and co-injection molding simulations, Visi Flow now offers simulation of overmolding and crosslinking polymers including liquid silicone rubbers.
