HOUSTON, April 25 - VeriCenter, Inc., a leading provider of managed hosting, colocation, and infrastructure services for mid-to-large enterprises, today announced significant enhancements to its industry-leading customer service delivery process, which the company is calling CUSTOMERFIRST. The enhancements include methodologies for service design, assurance and delivery; increased monitoring and support services; and detailed customer satisfaction assessments designed to result in continuous improvements in end-users' experience.

CUSTOMERFIRST continues VeriCenter's ongoing commitment to creating company-wide processes that are designed to meet and exceed customer expectations.
