Heavy Mill-Duty Vacuum Lifter Oversize Pads Provide Large Gripping Surface



A new line of mill-duty vacuum lifters that feature large oversize rectangular pads and rugged construction for the production handling heavy tooling plate is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

Anver Heavy Duty Vacuum Lifters are equipped with high capacity rectangular vacuum pads that measure 19" x 34" each and provide 3,200 lbs. lifting capacity per pad. Featuring all-welded steel frames for rigidity, these lifters come in standard models with from two to six vacuum pads and capacities from 6,400 to 19,200 lbs. for lifting heavy tooling plate.

Designed for continuous duty applications, Anver Heavy Duty Vacuum Lifters provide a wobble-free lifting structure, unlike chain- or sling-based frames, and the vacuum pads are made from steel with bolt-on nitrile seals or optional silicone seals for high heat. A variety of vacuum pumps and AC voltages are available, depending upon attach and release requirements.
