Vacuum Lifter Removes Large Parts from Molds



A compact vacuum lifter that can be equipped with a custom pad attachment for removing large ceramic, fiberglass, composite, and plastic parts from molds is available from Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

The Anver VPF-57 Vacuum Lifter is a below-the-hook unit for removing and handling large parts from molds and features a custom lifting frame with two swiveling vacuum suction pads that can be adjusted and locked in place. Available with capacities up to 4,000 lbs., this lifter can be supplied with compressed air, 115V electric, or battery-powered vacuum stations.

Eliminating the use of straps and hooks that can damage molded parts, the Anver VPF-57 Vacuum Lifter has an ergonomic handle with fingertip controls that can be fully integrated with any hoist. The lifting frame and vacuum pad attachments are designed to match specific customer requirements. Parking stands and various audio-visual vacuum alarms are optional.
