A battery powered vertical vacuum lifter that can be hung from a crane or "cherry picker" virtually anywhere to let one person pick-up, rotate, and position large steel, stone, composite, and glass panels is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.
Anver Vertical Vacuum Lifters with powered rotation let one person pick-up and manipulate heavy and bulky panels weighing up to 10,000 lbs. in-plant or at job sites. Featuring dual DC battery packs and a built-in charger, these lifters are designed to operate for a 10-hour work shift and can be easily reconfigured in the field for handling different loads.
Available with beams up to 24 ft. long, and fully adjustable cross-arms, with multiple vacuum pads, Anver Vertical Vacuum Lifters can incorporate a full range of vacuum cup materials and suspensions, depending upon the load requirements. A safety pendant control and vacuum gages with red and green lights to validate their proper operation are standard.
