Powerful UV Lamp Can Pinpoint All Vehicle and Parts Leaks On the Assembly Line!
Westbury, New York - Tracer Products has introduced its new super-powerful Tracerline® Maxima(TM) ultraviolet lamp, the TP-35000, that makes it much easier for automakers and parts manufacturers to find the most minuscule leaks - right on the
production line! New Micro Discharge Light (MDL) technology enables the lamp's 35-watt bulb to deliver an ultra-high UV-A intensity of 60,000 µW/cm² at 15" (38 cm). As a result, all fluorescent leak detection dyes are far more visible than with standard 100-watt or 150-watt UV lamps, so it takes much less time to perform inspections.
The "instant on" design of the Maxima TP-35000 further reduces inspection time by eliminating lamp warm up. The lamp head's ergonomical design, stay-cool hand grip and light weight - only 2 1/2 lbs (1.1 kg) - allow inspectors to hold it for long periods
without any discomfort. The Maxima TP-35000 ensures fast, accurate leak checking of assembled vehicles, as well as components, such as engines and transmissions.
The housing of the Maxima TP-35000 is made of a special engineering polymer that is dent-proof and shock-resistant. It provides the safest bulb replacement of any high-intensity lamp.
