Combining true online, double conversion technology, expandable battery runtimes, remote manageability and installation flexibility, the SU1500RTXL2U provides clean, reliable power to sensitive IT and telecom equipment.

"The SU1500RTXL2U's pure sine wave generation produces superior power conditioning and unmatched protection of mission-critical applications, data and equipment from utility power disturbances. The SU1500RTXL2U provides 1500VA of battery backup power. Runtimes can be increased indefinitely with the addition of external battery packs (model # BP48V2127). The front panel battery door is designed for rapid hot swap battery replacement.
Load management is another optimized feature of the SU1500RTXL2U. Outlet banks can be independently controlled via software interface to selectively reboot remote equipment, or shed less critical loads to extend battery runtime for more critical equipment.
SNMP compatibility, along with included PowerAlert software, enables remote shutdowns, remote control and monitoring of UPS system and power data. PowerAlert Software controls every networked UPS regardless of brand or operating system. In addition to saving open files and performing a graceful unattended shutdown in the event of a blackout, PowerAlert offers unparalleled network management and is the only UPS software to receive Palm(TM) certification for wireless applications. PowerAlert can also be accessed and controlled via remote Web phone communications.
Overall, the SU1500RTXL2U offers one of the most flexible protection solutions available. Special receptacles may be independently controlled with PowerAlert Software. In addition, the 2U rackmount converts to a tower, with included base stand, or can be wall mounted.
