UNIT4 and NCCW Sign Joint Agreement to Provide Cloud Solution for Social Housing Organizations

Sliedrecht - UNIT4 N.V. ("UNIT4"), the world's leading provider of ERP and financial management software for fast changing organizations, and NCCW, provider of software and consultancy services to social housing organizations, have agreed to cooperate to provide a joint Software as a Service (SaaS)-solution for social housing organizations.
NCCW serves about 200 social housing organizations with 270 employees and realizes a revenue of approximately Euros33 million over 2011. NCCW is the developer of Corporatie Cloud, a cloud platform that places important applications for social housing organizations in the cloud, where they will be fully integrated with each other. As a result, the organizations are guaranteed of actual and optimal functionality across all processes. Besides, the platform enables them to focus on business goals instead of IT. UNIT4 delivers a number of applications to support the business processes of the organizations, starting with HRM & Payroll. In order to give the intensive collaboration shape, UNIT4 will acquire a minority interest of 49% in NCCW.
