Moderate Cost Non-intrusive Ultrasonic Volumetric Flowmeter
Controlotron's System 1010PV is an ideal flowmeter for pipelines carrying crude oil, refined petroleum or liquefied gas. It is easily installed in the field, using high precision WideBeam(TM) transit-time ultrasonic transducers. The system automatically compensates for product viscosity changes. Its extremely high resolution, wide rangeability and stability make the unit ideal for custody transfer and checkmetering applications.
Volumetric flow is displayed and outputted in RS232, pulse rate, 0-10 volt and 4-20 ma format. Communication protocols can be provided for customer or Controlotron-supplied networks. An internal 1-MB datalogger stores system operation and condition diagnostics.
Two, Three, or Four Beam, NEMA 4 and NEMA 7 systems are available, depending on user specified performance and installation conditions.
If mass flow measurement or interface detection is required, specify System 1010DV with density and API outputs.
