UGS Announces Patran to Femap Replacement Offer

PLANO, Texas - UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced a Femap® software upgrade for all MSC.Patran® users. The offer allows Patran users to upgrade to Femap for approximately the same cost that they are paying for Patran maintenance today. The upgrade allows Patran users to switch to a more robust and efficient simulation environment while maintaining their current design and analysis processes through Femap's comprehensive CAD and solver interfaces.
