Specifically designed to overcome the limitations of standard robot packaging machines, the A+F TwinLine features an exclusive gripper arm drive with two pairs of identical drive arms made from light-weight carbon fiber and driven by two servo-drive motors. This enables the TwinLine to perform Pick and Place motions of less than 0.5 seconds and the handling of loads of up to 63 kg at a cycle time of less than 2 seconds.
Extremely versatile, the A+F TwinLine adapts exactly to customer specifications for a wide range of applications including collating of primary product and pick and placement, utilizing either a suction or mechanical gripper system with additional tilting, turning or pushing capabilities. Combined with a scanning unit the TwinLine provides precise product orientation for optimum presentation and handling.
