Specifications on gas and electric ovens with cart guide tracks and heating chambers of 47.5, 80, 125 and 180 cu. ft. Maximum temperatures, 500°F (260°C) or 800°F (427°C). Ovens have digital indicating set-point controller, aluminized steel interior and fan forced horizontal air circulation to maintain uniform temperatures throughout heating chamber.
