Trilogy Machinery, Inc. Introduces the SUNRISE CNC Ironworkers and CNC Punching Machines
Belcamp, Maryland - Trilogy Machinery, Inc., the United States Distributor for SUNRISE Ironworkers and Punching Machines, is proud to introduce the SUNRISE line of CNC Ironworkers and CNC Punching Machines.
The Semi-Automatic CNC positioning tables from SUNRISE are affordable plate and angle positioning systems with simple user friendly interfaces. The CNC positioning table is available as a factory-installed option on any Ironworker or Punching Machine with a 20" or larger throat depth. The operation and programming are CNC controlled using a pendant mounted graphical control featuring simple programming and a virtually indestructible design. The operator simply positions the plate against the CNC-controlled X and Y stops and initiates the punch program.
SUNRISE Semi-Automatic CNC Plate Positioning tables feature dual 400-watt Servo Motors, 590"/min variable positioning speed and showcase an accuracy of 0.002". In addition, the SUNRISE CNC machine will feature dual-linear ball-bearing guide-ways on either side of the table to insure parallelism and enhanced performance. Optional accessories include hydraulic punch strippers, triple punch attachments and upgraded controllers.
Trilogy Machinery will also distribute the SUNRISE line of Fully Automatic Plate Positioning systems. The Fully Automatic CNC systems from SUNRISE deliver highly efficient and accurate positioning that will improve productivity. Hydraulic clamps come with a pressure sensor for a strong grip on the material, and are standard on Sunrise Automatic CNC tables. Moreover, the included hydraulic stripper comes with exchangeable plates to suit a variety of punching operations. Ball transfer units on the support table provide smooth material movement, and the cover is complete with an interlock switch for ensured operator safety.
