Bosch Security Systems has extended its range of PS (Personal Security) Pagers with the new PS-Transceiver, which offers push-to-talk speech function that lets the user speak to individuals or to a group of people simultaneously.

Operation is user friendly and features a redial function and an easily accessible address book. The push-to-talk button can also be programmed to perform a quick dial function for quickly contacting an individual or group.

The PS-Transceiver is a next generation PS-Pager that combines alarm functionality, location detection, text and voice communication in one compact mobile. It's designed for easy message reading and handling with a reversible top display for hands-free reading.

The new PS-Transceiver is an important addition to the Personal Security range from Bosch which includes the standard PS-Pager, the PS-Pager with Automatic Alarms and the PS-Micro. It features manual and automatic alarms like man-down, no-move, and a fast-move alarm. In addition, a tear-off alarm can be activated immediately by the user in panic situations or when the mobile is being grabbed. In common with the other members of the Personal Security range, it features embedded RF-based location detection, enabling response teams to be directed quickly to the scene of an incident.
