Launch of AirClic Tracker 2.0 Advances GPS Capabilities of AirClic MP Platform

NEWTOWN, Pa., May 14 -- AirClic®, a leading provider of business process mobilization solutions, today announced the availability of AirClic MP Tracker 2.0, the next-generation of its hosted, Web-based GPS application to track and manage mobile workers, jobs, assets and inventory in real-time. AirClic MP Tracker is a component of AirClic's robust AirClic MP platform, which provides an integrated, flexible solution for automating mobile processes.

AirClic MP Tracker 2.0 has taken GPS technology well beyond the basics of other GPS providers, by tracking time-and-location of a company's workers as well as all field-based events. Managers can view real-time data in map and tables views simultaneously, and search the information by worker, item, event, date, time zone, and history. Flexibility in the map view allows the user to drill down to the most detailed street-level view of field operations to see exactly what is happening at any given moment.

"Unlike other GPS devices currently in the market, AirClic MP Tracker 2.0 captures not only the time and location of workers, but also other valuable assets in motion, such as equipment, deliveries in transit or even actions like work that has been completed," said Tim Bradley, CEO, AirClic. "Our customers move beyond gathering just the location of their assets to understanding the context of those assets. This is truly the value of AirClic MP Tracker 2.0."

Over the last few years, GPS technology has become an essential tool to track mobile field operations. A recent Aberdeen Group study(1) cited customer demand for better service as the top market driver for adopting GPS technology, followed by the need to improve inefficient task scheduling and routing. To address this market need, AirClic MP Tracker 2.0 is designed to give companies a real-time status of every asset related to their field service operation.

Key features in AirClic MP Tracker 2.0 include:
o Interactive Tracking: Takes GPS beyond a simple view of only mobile staff location with the ability to track anything that is mobile -packages, assets or activities - through an interactive and
customizable map. Key capabilities such as breadcrumbing and street-
level mapping provide a real-time update on jobs in progress and work
completed.

o Geo-fencing: Automatically tracks when a worker crosses out of a
designated work area, and can help locate the closest available worker
to a specific landmark for the handling of a last-minute work order.

o Text Messaging and Alerts: Employees can send text messages to the
field or to a specific worker about a job status, for example. Field
workers can use this capability to ask a question about their next
task.

o Customizable Architecture: From the ability to open specific job and worker information right on the map, to feeding specific data into
worker profiles and job status, MP Tracker is customizable, adding more
value to the data behind information housed by worker, landmark,
location, asset, inventory, event history, travel speed, productivity,
proximity and availability.

"AirClic MP Tracker has given us the ability to see where our fleet of trucks is located at any time along with the drill-down capabilities we need on each driver's status, route, and activities for the day," said John Droubay, owner, Intermountain Express. "We no longer lose man hours tracking trucker status; instead of calling each driver manually at the beginning of every shift, we now only need to open up AirClic MP Tracker to get an instant glimpse into our truck fleet."

AirClic MP Platform Components

In addition to AirClic MP Tracker 2.0, the AirClic MP platform consists of integrated technologies that provide a flexible solution for automating mobile processes:
AirClic MP Designer -- AirClic's innovative, proprietary design system lets process designers graphically depict processes. An application designer creates a process diagram and, with a single click, that diagram is transformed into a fully functioning AirClic MP application and transmitted to the mobile phone for immediate use.

AirClic MP Capture -- Equipped with an AirClic MP Capture device, mobile workers can use one device to scan virtually any standard bar code. AirClic also supports other types of data capture, including RFID.

AirClic MP Reporter -- At the back office, service reps and managers can view the movement and activities of people and assets. As companies aggregate information, they can analyze it for trends and anomalies through a dedicated reporting tool or through a simplified Web interface.

AirClic MP Harvester -- AirClic MP includes back-end server utilities for Microsoft® Windows®, Linux® and UNIX that can deliver captured data in multiple formats, including CSV/text, Microsoft® Access®, SQL, and Oracle®, and others for export to billing, time, asset-management, auditing, ERP, CRM, SCM and other business systems.
