Toppan Printing Introduces Transparent, Lightproof Packing Material
Tokyo (JCN) - Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. has launched a new type of transparent packing material which blocks light but maintains the quality of the product such as vitamin and other medical products.
Compared with the conventionally used aluminum foil, the new packing material prevents deterioration of the product by shutting out light.
Going forward, Toppan will combine the new material with its GLfilm, a barrier film in making a stronger packing material to be used in the medical, cosmetic, food and sanitary fields.
