With the new mobile interface, users can track their time and expenses wherever they have an Internet connection. MAG Softwrx, Inc., the maker of Timeless Time & Expense, designed the mobile interface to operate with its Timeless Time & Expense Enterprise Web software.
Timeless Time & Expense Enterprise Web allows users to track their time, to do items and expenses at a detailed level using a hierarchy of tasks and an easy-to-use interface. This flexibility lets users track their time and expenses at whatever level of detail is most appropriate for their business. By using such detailed time tracking, users accurately bill clients, track projects, and make better decisions regarding future projects.
Using the mobile interface, users have access to the database, task hierarchy and expenses they have already established in the web application. Therefore, they have access to all clients, projects, sub-projects, tasks and sub-tasks. The streamlined mobile interface does not offer the detailed reporting of Timeless Time & Expense Enterprise Web. However, users can run full reports on the time and expenses tracked via the mobile unit by accessing the web application, so they can manipulate, track and report on all data whether the data is collected via the handheld device or locally.
