Deceuninck North America Unveils New Commercial Configuration for Revolution Tilt-and-Turn(TM) Window

New Applications to be on Display at GlassBuild, Offer Updated Features for Hotels and Other Buildings

MONROE, Ohio -- Deceuninck North America, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality systems for windows, doors, and outdoor living, is taking its Revolution Tilt-and-Turn(TM) window system to the next level with updated configurations for the commercial market.  First introduced at GlassBuild 2011 in Atlanta, the tilt-and-turn window with a Euro-influenced posture but designed for U.S. markets has been gaining traction in a variety of commercial sectors since it hit the market.

Attendees at GlassBuild (September 10 to 12 at the Atlanta World Congress Center in Atlanta, Ga.) will have the opportunity to see Revolution in a unique configuration that incorporates individual HVAC units within the frame.  Such HVAC units are typically found in the guest rooms of hotels.  The new configuration will be featured at Deceuninck's booth (#1301).

"Architects and specifiers are always looking for ways to incorporate smart, cost-effective, and sustainable options into their projects," said Filip Geeraert, president and CEO of Deceuninck North America.  "Revolution turned heads when it first hit the market, and we believe its newest configuration will make it an even more desirable option when it's time to specify windows for everything from hotels to hospitals and other commercial buildings."

Highlighting a recent marketing partnership with RENSON Ventilation NV, Deceuninck will also demonstrate how RENSON's Invisivent® EVO integrates into the Revolution window and other windows.  Invisivent is a nearly invisible window ventilator that installs on top of the window or door frame and adds fresh air ventilation without having to open the window or door.  Invisivent offers optimal comfort and minimal energy loss thanks to an integrated self-regulating flap, which is particularly desirable in a setting such as a hotel.

Deceuninck's Revolution Tilt-and-Turn Windows feature a seven-chamber thermal structure and multifunctional operability in a window that has the capability of achieving an R-value of 7+ and a C-100 rating.  Revolution tilts in and locks for secure, indirect ventilation.  It has minimal frame and sash sightlines and features maximum daylight area to take full advantage of today's high-performance glass technologies. The product offers installation accessories for the North American market, and it has complete compatibility with the most popular North American door systems.  With a broad range of architectural colors, woodgrain patterns and finishes, Revolution also has an integral screen system, structurally bonded glazing technology, and American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA)-certified profiles.
