can carry in your shirt pocket. It is completely waterproof and rubberized against accidental drops. It has two measuring modes, and in the patented FLASH mode you no longer need to watch the display and decide when the temperature reading has stabilized.
The unit itself beeps and locks in the temperature reading on the display when the true product temperature is reached. Another very useful food safety function is the Min-Max
