Tra-Sheet BFGA Thermally Conductive Film



Tra-Sheet BFGA is a highly filled, electrically insulating silicone sheet ideal for use in applications requiring low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. Tra-Sheet BFGA is reinforced with a glass-fiber layer to promote long-term reliability and maximize reworkability, but is still flexible enough to avoid cracking and remain stable over extended periods. Tra-Sheet BFGA has a thermal conductivity of 5.0 W/moK and offers thermal resistances as low as 0.12 °C/W!
