Thermal transfer ribbons IQWax, IQMid and IQRes deliver high-quality images and high tolerance in extreme application environments

BOURG-LÈS-VALENCE, FRANCE - Datamax-O'Neil, a global provider of label and receipt printing solutions, extends its portfolio of stationary printer supplies with the new thermal transfer ribbons IQWax, IQMid and IQRes. The ribbons are compatible with all of Datamax-O'Neil's stationary printers and produce high-quality images as well as offering a high tolerance to environmental extremes.

The IQWax is Datamax-O'Neil's most frequently tested ribbon and prevents static build-up. It is especially suitable for printing shipping labels and barcodes as well as retail bags and storage labels.

The IQMid also offers a wide range of functions. The premium wax-resin ribbon is highly resistant to smudge and produces high-quality images on a broad range of label and receipt materials. With up to twelve inches per second of print speed, it performs as fast as the IQWax ribbon. Datamax-O'Neil recommends the IQMid to be used for label printing in shipping and retail environments as well as inventory management.

The IQRes is a superior resin ribbon, which prevents smudgy images. It delivers an excellent print quality on a variety of material like papers and films.
