Brennan Now Offers Test Point Fittings To Monitor And Control Pressure
CLEVELAND, OHIO-Brennan Industries, Inc., a leading international supplier of hydraulic fittings and adapters, now offers a line of test point fittings to test hydraulic systems at working pressures. The fittings allow for quick connections to monitor and control pressure, vent a system or draw samples. They're ideal for use with hydraulic oils and other mineral-based fluids used in off-road mobile equipment.
The test point fittings connect easily to measurement, control and switching devices, so users can make connections quickly. The connection is leak-proof before the ball check is open in order to minimize contamination of the hydraulic system. A self-locking metal cap further protects
the system.
Brennan offers its test point fittings in a wide range of styles and sizes. The new line includes test couplings with protective cap DP (17 models), test couplings DP with JIC connection (9 models), test couplings DPF with ORFS connection (2 models), test hoses DTH (8 models), gauge adaptors DGA (3 models), direct gauge adaptors DDG (3 models) and pressure gauges (4 models). The selection includes NPT, UNF, BSPP M and metric thread sizes.
Brennan is also offering three complete pressure-test kits: a 16-piece/single-gauge kit; 18-piece/double-gauge kit; and 20-piece/triple-gauge kit. The kits come with a molded plastic carrying case. Custom kits are also available.
In addition to its test point fittings, Brennan stocks more than 10,000 standard and special fittings in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 2-1/2". The products are available for immediate delivery from the company's five full-service warehouses located across North America, as well as from more than 4,000 distributors.
