International Products Corporation Newest P-80 Formula

P-80® RediLube Temporary Rubber Assembly Lubricant

Burlington, New Jersey, USA: International Products Corporation's (IPC) latest addition to their line of temporary rubber assembly lubricants is P-80® RediLube. P-80® RediLube provides temporary lubrication that can ease the assembly of tight-fitting parts.

Over the last ten years, non-porous elastomers with longer lives and a burgeoning use of plastics penetrated manufacturing industries. IPC responded with an additional formula; P-80® RediLube. P-80® RediLube was launched to assist in assemblies using coated elastomers - it still provides ample lubrication, but leaves no interfering residue. Like the rest of the product line, P-80® RediLube is solvent-free, water-based and non-hazardous. Plus, P-80® RediLube, is biodegradable, non-toxic, and non-irritating to eyes and skin based on independent laboratory evaluations.

P-80® lubricants provide a safe and easy way to improve assembly operations. Rubber's non-slip quality can make an assembly process very difficult. Without an assembly aid, tight-fitting rubber components can cause production to slow down, and quality and safety standards to slip. The P-80® line is specially formulated to provide temporary lubrication that makes rubber easy to install, remove, or otherwise manipulate. P-80®'s temporary nature is a result of its chemical composition.

P-80® lubricants provide a high degree of lubricity when wet, but because they do not contain silicon or other persistent ingredients, once dry the slipping action goes away. P-80® lubricants are also free of petroleum distillates, so they will not dry, crack or otherwise harm rubber parts. P-80® lubricants are compatible with most metals, plastics and natural and synthetic elastomers.
